Horrible business practices for a company that sells software and hardware solutions. Purchased the system in Jan '21, decided to look into a few bugs today, upon inquiring with customer support I was informed that my system shipped with incompatible software and in order to DOWNGRADE my unit to the software that works I would have to pay for a "reprogramming".
