Dr Juan is hands down the best dentist we’ve come across. Excellent with providing information about dental hygiene/issues and very gentle, especially with those a little apprehensive about seeing a dentist. Amazing experience for our kids, too - our youngest was very scared to see the dentist and suffers from anxiety with new experiences and Dr Juan made it a safe and enjoyable experience for him - he can’t wait to return! Thank you, Dr Juan!
Due to timing my review is a bit later than intended but pre Christmas I had sharp tooth pain, I was lucky to be able to get an apt with Dr Henchman at short notice, problem (nerve root) was identified and addressed in friendly, helpful and professional manner with minimal pain, everything was explained clearly and I was referred for required RCT. I avoided dentists for a long time due to some bad experiences. Anne from Informed Dentistry has completely changed my attitude towards dentists and oral hygiene. She is extremely skilled at what she does. She is hands down the best dentists I've ever been to and I cannot recommend her enough! Thanks Anne for being so good at what you do and changing my attitude regarding my teeth. You give dentists a good name!
I had a very positive experience with Dr Juan Varela. He is kind, polite, and explains everything clearly. I am usually very nervous about dental X-rays because they can be uncomfortable, but this time it was completely painless. He was very gentle and made me feel at ease. When administering the anaesthetic injection, his technique was extremely gentle, and I barely felt it. I am very impressed and truly appreciate his care. The clinic is also very clean and well maintained. Highly recommended.
Had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Juan today, quick and easy appointment and fix, even on New Years' Eve. Gave additional insights and advice that I have not received from previous doctors.
