Really great building, and really great company. 5/5 stars!
Yale Locks has really shady practices. They moved warehouses and just stopped shipping for 11 days. Kept taking orders. Kept telling people items were in stock. Kept allowing over night shipping and charging full price for them. Upon trying to cancel, mysteriously no orders team was available to hear my request. Emailed them to make my request known despite them being closed. They didn't get back to me until late the next day and said it was picked, but not shipped... and probably wouldn't be for a few days.
