Yale Locks has really shady practices. They moved warehouses and just stopped shipping for 11 days. Kept taking orders. Kept telling people items were in stock. Kept allowing over night shipping and charging full price for them. Upon trying to cancel, mysteriously no orders team was available to hear my request.
