Denise and her team of trainers are knowledgeable and supportive. They listen to you and guide you through each exercise. It is a very non-judgemental environment and encouraging when you don't feel like you are doing your best.

I’ve been going to Denise and her team for a little over a year now and absolutely love it. The short sessions fit into my busy schedule. I have knee issues and have never been a gym person. It’s been really nice to have a trainer that personalizes my training and adjusts to my weekly needs. I feel healthier and stronger and give all the credit to Denise at inform fitness.

If you want to feel better without that "going to the gym" drag, absolutely give this place a try. It's super slow strength training in a positive and inclusive environment. The work outs are accessible and are adapted to your body type and needs. Any size, any age, any fitness level. I won a raffle prize for 4 training sessions at Inform Fitness in Rohnert Park. I enjoyed personalized training provided by Jessica. It’s a small, quiet strength training facility. The sessions are short and tailored to your needs. Jessica is excellent. I highly recommend her.
