Their billing is a mess. I have spent 7 months trying to sort out a bill from them. Their bills never match my health insurance's EOBs. They also take months to process and send you the bill. When I paid a balance through their portal, the payment recorded in the payment history and my credit card was charged, but the portal still has the balance. Terrible company. Will have to call for like the tenth time tomorrow.
Only gave a 1 star because I had to. Just received a bill today for the 1st time for a service done 1year ago for a pretty large amount. They received the insurance rob 8 months ago. I called to ask why it took so long because it totally messed up our HRA-they said they were going through changes and to top it off their bill is stating pay promptly. The representative was far from courteous- They are horrible!!

Stay away from Brianna Bonome and Christina Ward
HORRIBLE - they will spell your name wrong, then tell you they cant look up the bill with out the accession number but if there are multiple bills you will need multiple accession numbers which is fine except they will reprocess your bill and send you straight to collections? DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING. They also cant search by your name so basically youre just out of luck.
