If I could give zero stars, I would! The absolute worst place to get a background check! Proceed with caution!
If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve been waiting 2 1/2 weeks for a preemployment background check to start a new job. I’m not a felon there’s absolutely no reason it should take this long. If you call for information, they just blame the untimely nature on county clerks and 3rd party vendors. Meanwhile I’m wondering how I’m going to pay my bills.

Do NOT- I repeat..DO NOT use this company if you want accurate and timely results for you employees! This is the worst background check company I have ever encountered as a business owner! Terrible customer service and reps!! Save your time and money!!!
