This company reported someone else's criminal history to an employer for my husband's pre-employment background check. They had the same first and last name, but a completely different middle name. This caused my husband to lose the opportunity after he had already been offered a start date and resigned from his previous employer to take this job.

They need to be reported to the DEA. I waited two weeks no phone call. I called a few days later they told me my urine specimen was on the way to the lab. I called escreen and they told me they sent the lab results the next day. I called Infomart two weeks later and they told me my test came back negative dilute. So it took two weeks to tell me that. What are they doing with our labs?

I had a highly disappointing experience with InfoMart. My international background check has been delayed for more than seven weeks with no clear updates, despite submitting all required documents on time and a clear record.
