My first visit to this office was very pleasant! Every individual I interacted with was kind, informative, and professional. Thanks to the staff my exam went smooth, moved along quickly, was very comfortable and Chris is a very friendly Optometrist. Anya was super helpful with the frame selection process and she had my new pair fitting perfectly in no time at all.
Well done. Got my prescription mailed! And they were the only clinic open on Saturday after a holiday! Thank you
I have United Healthcare and my co-pay is supposed to be $0. When I had my eye exam in February he charged me $45 and since then I've been trying to get a refund. I even been on a three-way call with my insurance company and the doctor and he was supposed to resend the claim because it was processed incorrectly and as live yet he has not done so. It's been 7 months. Don't get scammed.
