Had an eye appointment scheduled for Wednesday the 20th of January. Set it up online, and was sent two confirmation emails and a confirmation text message on separate days leading up to the appointment. Arrived at the store only to find out that they were closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays. I tried calling and there was no response. It would have been nice if they had mentioned on their website that they were closed these days, or had given me a call beforehand to let me reschedule. 1) arrived today and one of two lenses were incorrect. Need to reorder a lense and return to pick up (20-25 mins each way)... 2) completed their service survey and hit enter only to get a 404 Server Error...

This was by far one of the worst experiences we’ve had. We walked into the store with the intention of purchasing a new frame. Almost immediately, we were approached by Josh Abrams, who very rudely stated there was a 10 frame limit due to COVID.
