Worst experience. I walked in and no one acknowledged me for about 15 minutes. There were two girls at the desk and one was just looking over the other’s shoulder. I understand being busy, but a quick hello or any kind of acknowledgment would have gone a long way. That should have been my first red flag. They eventually handed me the paperwork, and then I kept waiting. After a while I overheard them tell another patient that their system was down and they had to call each insurance company manually. No one told me this direc... read more

horrible service! I go in to get checked out for my ear that’s KILLING me, the front desk dude was cool, i was the first client and i thought i was gonna get out fast and feel better but i get sat down and it takes a good 20-30 minutes for them to send me to a room, im aching in pain. While i get sent i wait 5 more min so a doctor can check my vitals, not so bad you would think but then i have to wait for the actual doctor. The doctor took 30min possibly even more I was ready to leave. She comes in and she just tells me why ... read more

I went here on Wednesday with fever, cough, fatigue and congestion. They didn’t test me for anything and sent me home with an antibiotic to treat a bacterial infection. I walked through Thanksgiving like a zombie. By Saturday, after three more days of fever and terrible cough that not only was keeping me awake but keeping everyone else in my household awake as well, I went to a different urgent care to find out I have flu A. I was now too late for tamiflu as I was now past day 5 of symptoms. Do yourself a favor and give this... read more

The service here was absolutely terrible. The staff was extremely unprofessional, and I didn’t meet a single person who was genuinely kind. Everyone was rude, and the doctor who came in to help wasn’t even a doctor. She stood about five feet away from me and didn’t know anything about health. Seriously? She asked me if I had my tonsils removed (which I didn’t) and shouldn’t a doctor be able to tell by looking at my throat? The front desk lady was the worst. I’m never going back, and I don’t recommend you go either. You’ll pr... read more

I presented with flu-like symptoms (fever/chills, body aches, cough, fatigue). At [Clinic 1], no temperature was taken and my lungs were not examined. I was told it was “allergies” and sent home without guidance or testing. Because I kept getting worse, I went to [Clinic 2] the next day, where I was properly evaluated, tested, and diagnosed with influenza. The missed assessment at [Clinic 1] delayed care and left me significantly weaker. Please ensure staff complete basic vitals, appropriate respiratory exams, and testing wh... read more
