Everyone was so kind, caring and helpful. You could tell they really care about their patients!
I didn’t go in because the phone etiquette was incredibly rude. They also don’t have an on site doctor anyway. I would’ve have to done telehealth, which is not the point of urgent care.
I came in with Covid, having used a home testing kit. The clinic had no quick tests (why not?). They took a swab and said they would get the results to me in two days. It’s been six days and I have not been contacted. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude- I was having problems with the WiFi and she started yelling that there was nothing she could do. Quick, friendly and supportive. I will be visiting again if needed. Had a follow-up call a few days after being treated and will follow up again in a week. Staff is wonderful.
