I visited this urgent care yesterday after cutting my finger at work. My workplace didn’t have any bandaids available, so I walked over while I was still on shift. Even though I didn’t have my insurance card with me, that wasn’t an issue. The person at the front desk was incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful. I was given bandaids right away after using an antiseptic soap to clean the cut. They even included a few extra just in case I needed them later. I would give 0 stars if I could. The receptionist insisted that I pay $100 to be seen, even though my copay for urgent care is clearly listed on my insurance card as $25, and I was just too sick to argue or leave and go elsewhere. After insurance processed the claim, which said that I indeed owed just $25, I never received a refund of my overpayment. Don't go here unless you want to get ripped off. As for the medical care, it is only ok. The PA asked what I thought I needed and prescribed it.
Made the appointment online. We we arrived at 10am it was not open. We waited and it never opened.
