I have had home inspections done in the past and none measured up to the very thorough and comprehensive inspection that Mike Gleason did for me recently. I actually felt that he had my best interests, as the buyer, as his main priority. He took the time to explain all aspects of the inspection as he went along and took the time to give detailed information regarding features of the home that I was not familiar with and required future maintenance. Mike was excellent in doing a home inspection prior to making a decision on buying a house. He was VERY thorough, checked all the major components, did not rush, and asked if I had any questions. He was detailed orientated and was easy to deal with and explained everything. I was absolutely impressed by the report he provided with pictures and an explanation of each component he checked. We worked with Mike through InFocus Inspection and could not have asked for a more reliable and kind guy. Mike went out of his way to inspect a home we were looking into, even coming on a Sunday to inspect with little notice.
