Well, I was a patient there until I got new coverage. So, I went into the office asking if they knew or would recommend another optometrist that was in network with my coverage. The woman looked at me, and her response on her face…well, it wasn’t helpful. She said, “we don’t know anyone who’s in your new plan.” Wasn’t word for word, but she looked clueless, like the movie. The experience the my family and I received at this establishment is is not like any OTHER PLACE! The Doctor and Staff members are amazing! It very hard these days to find service so exceptional. I am so grateful for the entire staff!
Exceptional experience. Very friendly staff. When picking any sort of provider, I try to avoid the flashy new buildings, marble floors, thousand dollar light fixtures, etc. because they are going to be more expensive. InFocus Eyecare is unpretentious and comfortable. Dr. Young is extremely knowledgable, down-to-earth and pleasant to visit with. He takes the time to answer questions thoroughly. An absolute gem. I refer anyone looking for an eye care provider. Strong recommend.
I brought my son in today for an eye appointment today while I got my own annual checkup done. The entire staff is so friendly and great with kids. So glad that I found a good and patient optometrist so close to home.
