First time customer and will be our last. Service was great but wasnt told upfront that we would be charged $40.00 each for just the prescription. Was we just charged that cause I insisted on written script? No other eye dr has ever charged us any out of pocket fees. Maybe to those who arent on disability or fixed income fees r no big deal. We wont be back and definitely wont refer anyone either.
Very friendly staff and very informative on any questions or concerns I had. Great with my 8 year old! Highly recommend Infocus Eyecare. The whole staff works great as a team all for the patient/customer.
Dr. Allred and her staff are the best around! She has been our family’s optometrist since she opened in Livingston. She is very professional and always makes us feel at ease. Our kids absolutely love her. Whether it be our annual check ups or an after hours emergency, we know we are getting the best care!
