Love Dr Cox and the service the entire staff gives. They are spot on in follow ups and my glasses always come back much sooner than expected.
I can't say enough about Infocus Eyecare and the great work they do! Dr. Cox, Dr. Slemp, and the entire staff are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I hadn't had so much as an eye exam since I was a child, so when I started having trouble with my left eye, I had no idea what to do. Dr. Cox made time to see me immediately for my eye pain and eased my concern. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. The staff was kind and considerate. My visit was affordable and they checked immediately to see they took my insurance. I will definitely be using them for all my eye care from now on. They didn't push me to purchase there which was nice because I have a connection elsewhere but they have an excellent selection of stylish frames.
Very nice people and extremely helpful. They helped me figure out my vision benefits. On appt. day, Dr. Cox explained everything perfectly (no blast of air to the eyes). Seriously, if you can't find a pair of frames with Randall's help, something is totally wrong. It was also great to see how they treat other clients, too. I'm glad I stopped in.
You guys are AMAZING!!! Fun, friendly staff. Awesome doctors!!!
