Dr. Kotze was great throughout my assessment process. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to, and I felt genuinely listened to and understood the whole time. He made what could have been a really stressful experience feel comfortable and supportive. Dr. Tenning was also amazing. I came across this practice in a time when I was most vulnerable. The care and compassion expressed by the doctors and staff at this clinic saved my sanity and preserved the lovely aspects of my life which I felt I did not deserve. I feel seen , I feel heard, and for the first time I felt understood. I cannot thank this clinic enough for the lifeline they provided and continue to provide. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt really moved to after reading Dr. Tenning’s newsletter on autistic burnout. It honestly felt like she was writing about me. I had full-body chills the whole time. I’ve never felt so seen, heard, or understood in my life. There’s something about the way she explains things that just clicks, it’s validating, compassionate, and makes you feel less alone.
