I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt really moved to after reading Dr. Tenning’s newsletter on autistic burnout. It honestly felt like she was writing about me. I had full-body chills the whole time. I’ve never felt so seen, heard, or understood in my life. There’s something about the way she explains things that just clicks, it’s validating, compassionate, and makes you feel less alone.
I had a really positive experience with InFocus. From the start, I felt actually listened to, not rushed or judged. The whole process was clear and way less overwhelming than I expected. They really understand neurodivergence in a way that just… makes sense. It didn’t feel clinical in a cold way, it felt human. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for support or an assessment.
Wonderful from beginning to end! Refreshing to have a good medical experience
