Is this a real staffing company? I was contacted about a job and asked to give my last 4 social sec number. I did not feel comfortable. I seriously doubt that a U.S. financial company uses an Indian based recruiter to vet out employees that need to give soc. security number prior to the interview. I tried to verify with the Financial Co that Infobahn was indeed the recruiter and was unable to get any info.

I get emailed by 'Randy' at Infobahn Softworld almost every month. Every month he offers me, a mechanical engineer with 10 years industry experience, a job for 12 dollars an hour doing mechanical assemblies. I'm guessing he sees the word 'mechanical' and then stops thinking at that point. The weird thing is I've tried every response to tell him no; politely, sternly, telling him he should quit his job, telling him he's the worst human being on the planet, swearing, threatening, nothing works! It's like an Indian Sisyphus.

Received an email from one of their recruiters about a job opportunity. Giving them a 1 star review solely because the last thing I'd ever do or recommend you ever do is give anyone you don't know online the last 5 digits of your SS#.

Was contacted by a recruiter from the company. They were searching for software developers. The job description was poorly formed and had serious technical issues with it, which demonstrated the recruiter was sloppy and didn't put the best foot forward. I contacted the recruiter, thanked them for the offer and explained that I wasn't following up with them because poorly laid out job requirements show a serious issue with the process.
