I went to Omnevo, formerly known as "body rocks" in Livonia for 10 years. Price was always $40 a month. When the new owners bought out body rocks and made it Omnevo, price went from 40 a month to 100 a month without warning, and that was for existing members, for new members it went to 130 a month with not nearly enough changes (and literally 0 amenities) to justify that kind of insane price hike. Omnevo is the gold star standard for a gym. To even call it just a gym does not do it justice. Think the best equipment, no crowds, clean, pilates, pickleball, sauna, amazing in-house physical therapist and truly knowledgeable instructors. The owner Ben is super friendly and makes you feel right at home. He has an obvious pride in his facility as you find him constantly upgrading and adding equipment, vacuuming floors and offering his wise training advice to his members. The coaching is exceptional, with knowledgeable trainers who really know how to motivate and support you in reaching your goals. The people at the gym are fantastic as well—everyone is friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The environment is positive and uplifting, which really enhances the overall experience. If you’re looking for a place to train, I highly recommend Omnevo!
I drive 40 minutes three times a week for this gym. Working with Ben, Dan, and Julie the past two years has not only changed my body, but also my mind. I always leave feeling excited, energized, and stronger than when I arrived. So many people ask me "there has to be a gym closer to your house" and my response is always, "yes, but Omnevo is so different and so worth it."
