I have been a personal training client for almost 5 years now at Omnevo and I cannot recommend it enough. I have worked with all of the trainers at some point over the years and they are all friendly and knowledgeable. The gym members are also super supportive of each other and never judge your skill level. There is tons of different equipment without feeling too crowded.
I am loving the updates and renovations to this gym! My favorite part is the reformer Pilates studio! It’s so beautiful and the instructors are amazing! I loved it so much - after my first class I applied to be an instructor! As a Pilates instructor, the quality and integrity of the studio aligned with my desire to teach people the Pilates practice and confidence to gain strength, stability and overall well being! I switched locations of my practice to join the team!
I went to Omnevo, formerly known as "body rocks" in Livonia for 10 years. Price was always $40 a month. When the new owners bought out body rocks and made it Omnevo, price went from 40 a month to 100 a month without warning, and that was for existing members, for new members it went to 130 a month with not nearly enough changes (and literally 0 amenities) to justify that kind of insane price hike. Starting semi-private training at Omnevo has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. My family and I make the trip from the eastside several times a week, and it's absolutely worth it. I’ve never felt entirely at ease in a gym setting, but Coach Dan, Julie and their team have completely changed that. Their encouragement and support are unmatched. Great gym. Every piece of equipment you could want plus sauna, cold plunge, and updated locker rooms. Would absolutely recommend.
