I definitely would not recommend this pool service. Especially now after seeing them post someone’s private address under one of the replies in the reviews When we first moved into our new home the pool was always nice & clean. Never had a problem up until a month 1/2 ago when our pool just went down hill. If you don’t want to get robbed or aggravated never call this company. Lack of honesty and professionalism. First asked me to pay upfront to show up for service and I paid him right away then after getting paid rescheduled my appointment then on the new appointment date never showed up although I reached out earlier to confirm I’ve guest coming the following day and need my pool to be cleaned on time. We have been using Infinity Pools of central Florida for all of our homes in management and we could not be pleased more. We get accurate reports regarding when the pools are cleaned and which chemicals were added. Ever since we switched to infinity pools we have had 0, yes 0 pools issues. Highly recommend them.
They did a good job of vacuuming and netting however, could never get the chemicals correct. Complained about my water feature (fountain) from the beginning. Many times the skimmer and other filters were not cleaned. They spilled pool chemicals on the pool deck and causing me to have to repaint it a few times. Finally wanted to start charging me for salt due to them not being able to figure out the alleged issue with my pool.
