so the installation was ok for me but the service and the pricing are extremely bad. For example, after one year of installation, it will cost you $175 every time you called them. kinetico sediment washable filter, they will charge you $80+ instead of just $35 at Aquatech. So in short, go with a more generic water system or stick with Aquatech if you wanted a kinetico system.
Have been with infinity water for a few years now. They have taken care of my water systems in two of my houses and the service is as great as the quality products they offer. James is a fantastic technician and very professional in every aspect. Extreme attention to detail and he is very informative as to what is needed and how the system is functioning. I cannot say enough great things about James and the entire infinity water system team. Dan
