Terrible experience!!! When purchasing a mobile home the HOME isn’t included in the title policy! Something to really take notice of. Once it’s paid in full and someone else owns that HOME you worked so hard to buy then you find out it’s in the contract. Customer they say to me.... figure it out it’s none of our affair. Well I figured out not to use them ever again. Save yourself the headache use another title company.

Must echo Jellie's experience! Very disorganized. Terrible communication. Didn't check payoff amount w/in 24 hrs of settlement so bank refused the wire and then we had to call bank to get a new amount b/c bank wouldn't talk to title company. Turns out there is a form that they should have had me sign which would have authorized bank to release that info to them. I had to ASK Infinity title to send me the form. I had a terrible experience with Infinity Title. My house closed here, and I had to go back 4 times that day because they kept forgetting things. It took them over a week after my closing to get the home warranty ordered, and I requested it 2 weeks into my contract. Everything was scattered and disorganized.

Paul's team did a great job preparing and doing the close on a couple homes for me. They got the work done on time and kept me informed. I'll be using Infinity again for investment and personal properties.
