I’ve never had a worse experience than this. Not only did they not finish the job, they damaged my gas tank cover, and “lost” a chrome delete kit I paid them to install. They had my car for literally months, so long I ended up just picking my car up and taking it to a reputable shop. Maybe this was just my experience but why take a chance? There’s lots of body shops in upland. Go somewhere else Trudy me.

STAY AWAY! The positive reviews must be this guy’s friends or something. It was a fail in every aspect - work quality, price, communication, timeliness, and more. Took my car for insurance claim repair. He billed them over $17k, had the car for 5 months, and still didn’t complete the job. When I brought up the unfinished work he didn’t even know what parts or labor I was referring to and blamed insurance for the delays (ins has documented proof they were waiting on the shop). My car was hit by a person who had no insurance and didn't want to be responsible. I was lucky to find Mike, who not only fixed my car quickly and well, but also taught me how to deal with these bad situations ! Believe me, you can solve any problem by finding Mike! The car was recovered perfectly, no sign of accident at all
