Was referred by my doctor. Called office to schedule and they claimed they never received the referral. I called my doctor's office and my doctor's office checked and confirmed that no only had the referral been sent, but that it had been opened by Infinity sleep solutions a full week ago. My doctor's office then confirmed the fax number and sent the referral again. I called Infinity again attempting to schedule and once again, they claimed they never received the fax. Looking at the reviews, I almost didn’t go. I’m glad I did. I got Larry. The man was awesome. He was kind, professional, and knew his stuff. It was a smooth process, hooking everything up. I went to sleep. He woke me up at 5am. Definitely would recommend this place. If you go, I hope you get Larry.
The people reading the results simply say the doctors will read and get back. They should have some idea of yes or no, to what extent is my sleep apnea , instead no info. You leave not knowing much. Once they disconnect the leads they throw a evaluation sheet t you when your noe even coherant yet, then disappear. Nice people but not full of info. I needed a 2nd night where I was told mask fitting, nose type, canola type would be sampled...NOT.... same as the first and results sent to primarys office. Again you leave not know... read more
No restroom in bedroom. No shower. TV on wall rather small for being some feet away and remote wasn't working very well. I heard the tv wasn't working at all in the next room. As soon as I walked into room I noticed it was way too cold. It stayed cold all night and they couldn't adjust the A.C. they told me so I couldn't get to sleep for 90 mins!
