They received my referral supposedly on Monday, May 2nd. Well, I called yesterday to see what the hold up was as my order was a STAT order…. The lady Nancy began to become defensive by saying we just got your referral Monday. Okay? So nobody even started benefits verification nor a prior auth request as I have checked every day with my insurance. Had I known the neurologist/sleep doctor office who referred me was just going to refer me to another place for a sleep exam I would’ve had my doctor refer me to the sleep specialis... read more
It took them 4 times to do what should have taken 1. The 1st and 2nd time, they DIDN"T get enough information. The 3rd time their machine didn't record!!! The fourth time, finally done! Took me 9 months of hell to get my machine. I NEVER would recommend this place. Never had the same tech twice. They don't know what they are doing. And out of those four times, I only got the requested sleeping arrangement once! HORRIBLE (shivers) experiences. Though the billing department was great, only reason I gave another star.
I usually never write reviews but I feel this needs to be said. Tech was collegial and nice. That's where the "good" ends. The room and bed were awful... Dirt and damage to walls and furniture. I had the worst sleep of my life. The mattress was so cheap/old that there was a definitive body sized dent in it where everyone who has a test before had slept. I don't generally wake at night but last night was ridiculous. Lights out at 11...I was falling asleep within minutes but was jolted awake by the AC going on because every ti... read more
Don't like the testing I had the worst night of my sleep ever not a comfortable machine but very nice nurse.
