Nearly impossible to get an appointment, stylist cancelled appt once due to a vacation, 2nd time 30 minutes before appointment scheduled, Benefit of the doubt made another appointment. Got Hair done $ 210 went to make another appointment and never got a call back or anything. I guess she doesnt want my business.

If I could give zero stars I would. Last week, for the first time I went to the salon before a big conference. I had recently relocated from the lower 48. Prior to appointment,, my hair was healthy and only needed a full highlight. Subsequently, I walked out with orange hair, which I didn’t know until I got outside because of the lighting and the stylus said toner fixes everything. I think the pictures tell the whole story. I just received a haircut and style from Taylor Moss. It was the best haircut experience I have ever had! Not only did she cut and style my long hair exactly how I wanted, she is an absolute sweetheart and so much fun to chat with. 1000x recommend Taylor. Thank you!!!
