Ron and his staff are amazing!!! I can honestly say that I was doubtful that our beautiful rug could ever come back to its previous glory after our cat had really mangled it. Farouk promised us that he could restore it and he did!! We’re now up to six rigs they’re cleaning, refining, etc for us. I can’t put into works how great their workmanship is and how amazing their customer service is too. Simply the best! Don’t hesitate to call them.
