I wish I had gone with another company. I got a brand new roof installed, but they didn’t replace all the rotted siding boards - I had to push them to replace obvious rot and they still didn’t replace all of them. They tried to downplay the issue. A month after completion, I had a leak, and it took three months to repair the damaged interior. Overall, the work felt rushed and corners were cut. If you want a company that is thorough and truly looks out for the customer, I recommend going elsewhere.

I recently called our home owners insurance company to see about repair/replace our roof when we had what looked like minor damage from the most recent hurricane. We waited for the insurance company to send a contract appraiser while we looked for roofers with good credentials, We interviewed two roofers and eventually met with the insurance adjustor who said the company could only offer a repair that didn’t meet our deductible.
