Had a door to door salesman come ask about our roof in ******, despite having a No Soliciting sign clearly displayed under the doorbell. If they can't respect simple instructions, do you really think they'll be able to respect your wishes for replacing your roof?

Spencer the rep who told me he could have our insurance pay for a new roof due to wind damage, kept us held up for 3 months without getting anything done. I called and he said to find another roofing company because he didn’t work there any more. I called the company & Brenda was pretty apologetic and said Ted would be calling. Just had an idiot ring my doorbell, when there is a clear sign that says Absolutely NO soliciting. So, so stupid he couldn’t read it or too just dumb to care!?!? ALSO IN THIS AGE OF COVID, he was not even wearing a mask. WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How many times do I have to repeat myself, “If I need you I know how to reach out” , OTHERWISE LEAVE ME ALONE. Damn it!!!

John West at Infinity Roofing was the best ally that I could hope for. My insurance company refused to pay for a new roof after our hurricane force winds in September of 2020. After much haggling and John's help I was finally approved by MetLife. The first roofing company that I spoke with American Roofing, never got back to me when they ran into roadblocks with MetLife. John stuck with me every step of the way. I highly recommend John and Infinity Roofing. I'm excited about getting my new roof installed.

John W. with Infinity Roofers responded immediately when I reached out after a wind storm damaged my roof. I had tried getting ahold of several roofing companies prior but none of them returned my calls. John was professional, was able to work with the insurance company to make sure I was taken care of, and got the process started very quickly.

Dominic contacted our family and handled all of the details. We were assisted in selecting shingles, and Infinity even met the insurance agent coming to inspect the roof to make sure that they saw the same problems. Our brand new roof is beautiful, and we are so thankful. The crew was fast and friendly. We love the Infinity group!

Infinity Roofing did a superb job on my roof. Their representative, Dominic, was professional, thorough and followed up on ALL steps involved with roofing my home. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for roof upgrade or replacement.

Early last summer, Domenic G******* rang my door bell and asked if I had ever had my roof inspected for hail damage. We had recently had a hail storm and I thought it might be a good idea to do that. So, I agreed to let him go on my roof and look around. He came down and said that I had significant damage and that my insurance company would probably pay for it. We were contacted by Infinity Roofing after a hail storm in the Farmington, Utah area. The rep was easy to talk with and acted very professional. We signed a contract for them to represent us to our insurance company and left expecting to hear something back in the week or two. It has now been over six weeks. We have called Infinity Roofing company no less than five times and emailed various members of their staff multiple times. We have received no return communication.
