In am giving Infinity Roofing a thumbs up for how they did my new roof. I had hail damage and of course was swamped with people wanting to "inspect" and submit their offer. Being a senior citizen on a fixed income and because of a problem getting my house in Oklahoma sold atfer movinh to McPherson Kansas and purchasing a home there, was in real financial trouble so the thought of how to pay for a new roof was awful. Mike K was fabulous. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked us thru all the steps. Kept us in the loop at all times. The work crew was very efficient and respectful of our property.

Spencer the rep who told me he could have our insurance pay for a new roof due to wind damage, kept us held up for 3 months without getting anything done. I called and he said to find another roofing company because he didn’t work there any more. I called the company & Brenda was pretty apologetic and said Ted would be calling. I every time I tried calling him because he never called me I would get his voice mail & leave messages & text & he never called back. Just had an idiot ring my doorbell, when there is a clear sign that says Absolutely NO soliciting. So, so stupid he couldn’t read it or too just dumb to care!?!? ALSO IN THIS AGE OF COVID, he was not even wearing a mask. WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How many times do I have to repeat myself, “If I need you I know how to reach out” , OTHERWISE LEAVE ME ALONE. Damn it!!!
