Mike K was fabulous. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked us thru all the steps. Kept us in the loop at all times. The work crew was very efficient and respectful of our property.

Spencer the rep who told me he could have our insurance pay for a new roof due to wind damage, kept us held up for 3 months without getting anything done. I called and he said to find another roofing company because he didn’t work there any more. I called the company & Brenda was pretty apologetic and said Ted would be calling. Just had an idiot ring my doorbell, when there is a clear sign that says Absolutely NO soliciting. So, so stupid he couldn’t read it or too just dumb to care!?!? ALSO IN THIS AGE OF COVID, he was not even wearing a mask. WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How many times do I have to repeat myself, “If I need you I know how to reach out” , OTHERWISE LEAVE ME ALONE. Damn it!!!
