Living there was fine till we went to move out. In the lease it outlined the move out charges but after you tell them you are leaving they try to charge you numerous fraudulent charges. As of right now they are trying to charge me to repaint the apartment even though they are fully aware this is considered normal wear and tear and that they are not legally allowed to charge for this.
