We replaced five of our windows through Marvin Infinity. Kyle, the sales rep was very personable, he was very knowledgeable on the products and walked us through various options including payment options without coming across as pushy. He was responsive in his communication through out the process from getting HOA approval to any follow up questions post installation. From the initial consult to the fabrication process to the installation, the entire process was transparent and easy to follow.
I had 14 windows replaced--including several that were very large. To my amazement, Infinity Replacement by Marvin finished the work in just two days. The quality of the windows is excellent--and the difference in appearance (crystal clear views) as well as the insulation from outdoor cold, heat and noise is exceptional.
