We had several windows replaced through the Costco/Marvin Window program. Every phase of the process was easy, problem-free with excellent service. We were highly impressed with our experience using Infinity windows replacement. We used the Costco connection and from the beginning the communication was flawless every step of the way. Because we needed new outside trim, they were able to pre deliver the primed trim to us so we could pre paint it which was so helpful. Wait time for project start was relatively long, but all was as promised - we got four leaking windows replaced, all in just about a half day! Installation looks clean, the surprisingly little dirt produced is all removed, and we’re left with four new windows. Very nice project manager and contractors.
