***UPDATE August 2025*** We just closed on our home after living there for 5 years and we used Bob again. This man is very thorough and doesn't miss anything! Bob Chambers, and the Lail-Chambers team, were very easy to work with and ensured a smooth and stress free selling process (as stress free as selling a some can be.)
