I cannot rave enough about Bob Chambers, realtor extraordinaire. But let us back up a bit....I met Bob and his wife at their home for a New Year's party with my sister. Just the one time. I bought a new build in SC while I was still living in CO. Pheobe was my real estate agent and I couldn’t have done it without her! She was on top of everything and even emailed me photos of the house in various building stages weekly.
