Bob helped my husband and I purchase our first home recently. Our experience working with him was a 10/10! He was always very responsive and made the whole process a lot easier. Pheobe is a very personable and knowledgeable realtor. She's very detail oriented and creative in helping us visualize the space. For example, we have a concert grand piano. Pheobe made a "piano bag" which contained a 2-dimensional, wrapping paper model which we could lay on the floor and see whether the room was large enough for our piano. How fun and brilliant is that! I highly recommend Phoebe Lail-Chambers. You can't go wrong with her as your realtor.
