Bob and his team are awesome! Bob helped us understand from the start the importance of the first impression. He did so by suggesting that we declutter the house so the potential buyers could see the space for themselves without personalized items laying or hanging around the house. He was very professional yet very practical throughout the selling process. He had the resources at closing too. Rebecca at Pflug Law Firm was great! Bob made simple suggestions that paid dividends!
