Have been a home owner in this subdivision (******'s *******, ********, Or) since it was built in 2000. That's 17 yrs, folks. This management group tells you they are going to help you, but doesn't follow through. Never have a rented with a company before that has utter regards for their rentals or the people living in them. They have raised the rent twice within a year's time then don't fix anything that is broken.
