Reached out with Chris through Zillow.com initially very quick to lead you to application. Asked a few different questions regarding requirements he stated if you are over “600” you are good. Also need to make 3x the amount. Submitted my information along with coapps and next business day he responds and says that I was not approved. I’m only giving 1 star because you can’t give 0. Beware they will steal your deposit. If you have to use this company do everything you can to protect yourself for when you end your lease.
Rented one of their properties for about two years now. Not only is Tamara super sweet, she always communicates with me and makes sure I am taken care of. Always responds very quickly. Our a/c went out and she went above and beyond making sure we were taken care of and had the AC fixed within a day or two even had someone bring a small unit so we didn’t overheat in the meantime . I can't believe how unprofessional this company is.. I spent 135 dollars on application fees and then afterwards it was a struggle to contact anyone! I was interested in renting a home and asked what the qualifications were..the guy told me no evictions or money due to landlord and credit score of 600 or higher. I told him the only thing that would be an issue is my credit score and if that's something they can work with and he told me I can get a co-signer..so I did.
