I can't believe how unprofessional this company is.. I spent 135 dollars on application fees and then afterwards it was a struggle to contact anyone! I was interested in renting a home and asked what the qualifications were..the guy told me no evictions or money due to landlord and credit score of 600 or higher. I told him the only thing that would be an issue is my credit score and if that's something they can work with and he told me I can get a co-signer..so I did. Absolute garbage and completely unprofessional. I attempted to rent a house from them, submitted all of my information and paid $70 for rental application processing fees. I called multiple times to a number that just rang and rang, tried to send a message on their website (which didn’t work), sent an email that was never responded to, before I finally got a response that they’d just rented out the house I was applying for...after they took my money and ignored me. Worst company , non responsive , did not help us at all beyond what was connected to their pocket. Property rented to us was presented nicely but as soon as we moved in literally ALL appliances went out 1 by 1 ,maintenance crews suggested by company , horrible . Had no experience or training for job sent out to do which was everything. Walls had mold in them , there was mold & mildew in carpets . would not do any business with them. Andy said I yelled at him and because of them I lost the buy of a house. that is not so I could not get a hold of them, and Paula said she would have her phone with her all day. So we got a hold of the agent that had the house and put a bid in, but we didn't get it. Andy sent my a real nasty e-mail and I saved it to show people what kind of business they do.
