I don't know what's going on, but after my doctor changed offices in the same building, I can barely reach anyone for questions/or even think of scheduling an appointment. I'm hold for almost 10 minutes before someone them comes to the phone and tells me I have to hold even further. I can't spend 20-30 minutes on hold as I'm calling during my break times and by the time I'm off work, it's too late. This is frustrating.

Whenever I call the clinic, I'm put on hold a minimum of 20 minutes. I work, so I can't spend 20 minutes or longer on hold. I can't call during my lunch break, because the clinic doesn't answer phones between 12 - 1 pm. I shouldn't have to jeopardize my job to make a Doctor appointment. The clinic is in dire need of employing more people to answer phones and scheduling its break at a different time than when many of their working patients are available to call for appointments.
