Called this company because my pool was green. Paulo came out, did not test the pool, and said he could get it done. I accepted a quote for an algae cleaning. When he came to do the service he finally tested the water and said the pool needed to be drained. Also said it would be much cheaper if we cleaned the algae ourselves since it needed to be drained.
