They have an exclusive partnership with a major builder, effectively monopolizing appliance installations once homes are delivered. As a result, they seem to have more than enough business and little incentive to prioritize customer service. I reached out multiple times, only to be stonewalled and I rarely did receive callbacks for my queries or follow-ups.
