This place is absolutely terrible! I wish I could give it negative stars. They will sit you in a small, dark, depressing room for an hour waiting for a test with no indication that the Dr will be with you soon. I actually left before test and nurse/receptionist was like "ok". REALLY?? Do yourself a favor and stay away. Bad attitudes all around this place.
For patients, a sense of safety is critical, especially during intimate medical examinations. Unfortunately, I wasn’t adequately informed about what to expect, which left me feeling vulnerable and unnecessarily stressed. Do yourself a favor and do NOT go here. They must of paid for these “raving” reviews. They are not professional and do not respect people’s time at all. Richard will schedule you while he is talking on the phone and do not put your info in the system. Show up for appointments to be told that the doctor isn’t in or swearing me up and down that its not my appointment day. This has happened three times. Infinity Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation has been nothing shy of amazing. Rich is warm, welcoming, and so helpful. Dr Zelefsky is patient, kind and understanding. Both have really provided me with a level of care that has been personable, professional, and most importantly comforting. I was involved in an accident that has been pretty traumatic..
