Do yourself a favor and do NOT go here. They must of paid for these “raving” reviews. They are not professional and do not respect people’s time at all. Richard will schedule you while he is talking on the phone and do not put your info in the system. Show up for appointments to be told that the doctor isn’t in or swearing me up and down that its not my appointment day. This has happened three times. Infinity Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation has been nothing shy of amazing. Rich is warm, welcoming, and so helpful. Dr Zelefsky is patient, kind and understanding. Both have really provided me with a level of care that has been personable, professional, and most importantly comforting. I was involved in an accident that has been pretty traumatic.. I was referred to Dr. Zelefsky for an EMG. The whole experience was nothing but exceptional. Rich was very responsive to my inquiries and I was able to be seen very quickly. Dr.Z was very professional and I felt genuinely cared for as a patient which is rare these days. The EMG went smoothly and Arthur made me feel comfortable even though I was nervous and did not know what to expect. The experience I had with Infinity was top-notch and I highly recommend this office.
