The nurses are usually very kind and sweet. The issue is their front desk. Their answering system is AWFUL. They NEVER answer and NEVER return messages. I’ve been on hold for over 2 HOURS before and even after that they didn’t answer because they were apparently closed. The answering system never notified that they were closed, just kept telling me I was first in line. If you aren’t answering the phone as a RECEPTIONIST, then what the hell are you getting paid for?? I’m only calling because of a mistake THEY made as well.
Best Peds in the high desert, been coming here almost 3 years. Definitely have recommended them to friends and family.
One star why? Customer service. I try calling on their phone and I'm kept waiting for 30 minutes one time it was close to an HOUR. I HATE HATE HATE calling them to make an appointment. Its ridiculous. Forget about calling in HALF AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSING. And messages that you can leave? WILL NEVER BE RETURNED. Its A COMPLETE hassle. Love the doctors and the staff but I wish the scheduling was better, I always try to get to my appointments early. I'm a single mom with not alot of help so when my dr appt says 8am and I get there 15 minutes early as it says when I confirm the appointments, theh should be here at 7:30 to set up their computers and get ready for the person with the earliest appt. Weird to schedule an appointment at 8am and doesn't open til 8, right? Or am I the inconsiderate one?
