I am leaving a 2-star review due to a complete lack of empathy and professional flexibility. After following up with this clinic for two years, and despite having doubts about the diagnosis, I stayed out of commitment to my son's care. Unfortunately, because I missed a single phone call due to circumstances beyond my control, the doctor went ahead and closed my son’s file! Relieved that we switched to Kaleidoscope years ago. Weird administrative staff made booking appointments painfully difficult. Physician was ok.

The waiting is atrocious; they tell you your appointment is say 10am, but don't come into the room until 10:30am, sometimes even longer. You're supposed to come 10-15 mins early - so basically your time is not your time, but they can take all the time in world. It's honestly the worst part of the whole experience. My child is bored out of their mind, out of school, and I have to set aside so many hours of the day to wait on someone else's damn schedule. In my child's own words "this is torture"
