Very patient. What with me on my appointment, very thorough and professional.
Ridiculous charges! Had to get a back brace and I figured it would be expensive. I had seen many braces, of this nature, for around $350. Got the bill, for the part that insurance didn't pay, and saw that the initial charge was almost $1800 !!!!!!!! Of course insurance paid $1000 less but then I had to pay the rest. I would have been just as well off to order one online and pay for it myself.
I cannot recommend this office enough. Laura was so helpful, and provided great advice and understanding in regards to my new AFO. I am walking so much better due to this fine office, and their staff. ❤️
Excellent customer service. Marion is very thorough and knowledgeable! He is kind and a great orthotist!
