I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today. The first time I visited this salon, I was thrilled with the results. My nails were beautiful, and the technician was meticulous and professional. That experience is the reason I drove the extra distance to return. Unfortunately, today’s visit was completely different. The technician used what appeared to be a dull cuticle cutter that dug into my cuticles and nail beds, leaving the skin around my nails jagged and irritated.
