First time getting my nails done here in Rochester! I had a great experience, booked last minute a pedicure and had my service done by Richie, Richie has great attention to detail and I was provided with amazing service. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for quality work & the salon is very clean.
I visited this salon to get my nails done for graduation, but unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. I received a hybrid full set, and one of the nails was applied crooked. I immediately brought it to the nail technician’s attention, and she assured me it would be corrected. However, despite filing and applying the hybrid hardening mixture, the issue was never addressed.
