Ugh... if I could have given no stars, I would have. This place has steadily gone downhill. I haven't been there in 2 years and today I was reminded why. Firstly, can I say how dirty the place is? (Imo, no way are they compliant to health codes) My kiddo and I were asked which services we would like, and we responded 2 Shellac Manicures. Simple enough right? Wrong! Ive came here with my mom when we come to visit for years and usually its a beautiful service but this singular visit has turned me away . 1st off my nail tech was rude and rushed us into the chairs for our mani. She never asked if i knew the color I wanted or if I wanted to look at the colors provided. After expecting the manicure that we paid for she didn't cut my cuticles soak my hand or even preform the service that was requested . The worse place for nails . I have never experienced such horrible workmanship in my life.
The worst nail shop I have ever visited! There’s not even staff to service the amount of people that come to get serviced. The older lady doing pedicures rushes and does a horrible job at polishing. When I asked her to clean up the white gel polish around my nail beds, she insisted it was my skin and did not honor my request. I left very unsatisfied and will never be visiting again. Horrible service!
Recently visited infinity nail & bought my daughter in for waxing & pedicure, we sit in waxing station for about 20 min. along with 2 other people that had been sitting & I guess our skin tone wasn't light enough, & they put a white lady b 4 us to do her eyebrows which pissed us off & they knew we had been sit n there all that time on top of that my daughter was get n a pedicure & 1 of them at like they did n wanna do her feet, I thought that was yall job, cause I had 2 pay 4 it, it wasn't free, I've been going there 4 years... read more
