Dave and stacy are the best. Been seeing them for the last 10 years. I highly recommend them. You would never have any issues with your dot card.
This place is awesome. It is a hidden gem. I got my DOT exam but they offer so many more health services. I definitely recommend and Stacy was delightful to talk to. Super friendly this is definitely my two go spot now for my DOT exams
