Office staff of Corona office are not cooperative with patients and are not organized.
Dr Puri and his team are truly professional, work in detail and very attentive to questions. We have been with this group for several years and have recommended to so many . Staff are courteous and attentive.

I am giving the practice two star due to the poor customer service. The ladies who answer the phone are very rude. I get scolded every time. Without patients they wouldnt have a job.
Terrible service handling patient care. I started going hear about a year and everything was great but quickly went bad. The doctor never responds to prescription refill request. When he does he sends the wrong one one often. I recently showed up for an appointment and after waiting 30 minutes I found out that the doctor wasn't even there and they had no idea when he would be back. This is unacceptable. I will be looking for a better doctor that actually takes care of his patients.
