Go to Mitchell’s down the street for a better experience. Stopped in hoping to get a couple of spring bars removed on a watch — a job that takes about ten seconds with the right tool. I was told someone would be right with me, then waited about seven minutes while the previous person was helped. Fair enough; I was happy to be patient. When the associate came over, the exchange was pretty matter of fact. This is our go to place for all our special occasions over the years. It’s run by a lovely family and they make you feel right at home. Their customer service, selection of jewellery, watches and prices are unmatched. They give great advice and go out of their way to help you find what you’re looking for. We are grateful that we have something like that available locally and we don’t have to go to OkC or Edmond to find what we are looking for. Recommend them highly to our friends and family.
