Project: outdoor kitchen Complaint: installed incorrect ice chest, did not install footrests on bar area, bar lights do not work, did not install flower box to hide plumbing, did not pay subcontractors (granite & electrician). Subcontractors placed Lien on our home because main contractor did not compensate them for their services despite main contractor was paid in full prior to completion. We would never hire or recommend infinity landscaping again. It is ironic that the owner is a collection agent as well.

Also had a horrible experience. I worked for Tom as a subcontractor on several projects and he won't return calls or pay invoices and it's been over 6 months. The work was well done and to the highest quality that every homeowner would appreciate but Tom doesn't like to pay. I'm not a business competitor I am a service provider. It would do me no good to write a bad review about someone I get work from. But if I don't get paid for my good work I think you as the consumer should know that this is not a reputable company.

Great ideas! Great installation. Infinity landscape development is a complete company. I am a engineer by trade and have a difficult time visualizing abstract concepts. Landscaping is a art which comes from paper into life. Our backyard was plain as they come. We made a consultation with Todd and he expressed ideas and possibilities to fit our budget. LANDSCAPING. We hired Infinity last year. They built a kitchen,fireplace and bar. We entertain every weekend and the space is a big hit with family and friends. I noticed a negative evaluation by a competitor and I say call his old customers, check out his A rating on the BBB and email me with any questions. instarcollections@yahoo Great work great value

We hired Infinity December of 2011 despite a couple negative reviews online. We checked into more reliable sites such as BBB ( A rating) and Angies List ( A rating ) It appears that after reading these negative reviews that they are other companies trying to tarnish there reputation. Anyway, very happy with kitchen and patio and so are my neighbors. I am one of there references.

Todd with Inifinity installed our patio, fireplace, and landscaping last month. My wife and I are very happy with the results. We interviewed 3 other companies and are very glad we decided to move forward with this one. We checked, they have an A rating with the BBB and Angies List.

Interviewed 5 companies and decided to hire Infinity. They required no money down performed half of the project prior to requesting the first draw. They worked 7 days a week until finished. Cleaned up every night and the work exceeded our expectations and came in below budget. A home run. They even presented us with 2 free drawings. Could not be more satisfied. The country club we live in is hiring them for the club house landscape renovations.

Tod when you hire a subcontractor to do work on your project...you need to pay them when they are done. Now your customer has a lien on his property and he paid you in full. If anyone is thinking of using you...they better think twice.
