Extremely disappointing. I spoke with Scott and explained what we needed, we made an appointment for the next day to meet. When we arrived at the shop at our scheduled appointment time, the door was locked but yet it didn’t close for another hour. I called twice and waited 10 minutes. I asked for him to call me as to maybe I misunderstood, never heard a thing again. Not only did we get stood up for our appointment but also never received the common courtesy to apologize or explaIn why.
