How the hell is Dung still working here? This guy is the epitome of an a-hole. He does not care about you or your claim. He will do everything he can to screw you and save the company money. He will conveniently “misplace” “forget” or claim that he “never received” pertinent information whether from you, the other party, or law enforcement. He has blatantly lied about refunding my deductible if I was found not at fault (spoiler; I WAS found NOT at fault, and no I am NOT getting my deductible back).
